Replacing an existing combi in the same position. Your final quotation depends on the chosen boiler, flue, controls, required pipework, system condition and manufacturer installation requirements. We confirm the complete scope, necessary system cleaning and commissioning before work starts. The advertised from price is for a Main Eco Compact 25kW combi boiler with a standard compatible flue, magnetic filter and ESi room thermostat, fitted as a straightforward like-for-like combi replacement in the same position. Other boiler makes, models, outputs or specifications require an individual quotation. Indicative suitability: typically a 1–3 bedroom home with one bathroom, provided the calculated heat loss and hot-water demand are suitable. Manufacturer figures: up to 21.16kW central-heating output and approximately 10.2 litres/min domestic hot water at a 40°C temperature rise. Bedroom count alone does not determine suitability. All installations are subject to survey, available mains water pressure/flow, flue and gas-supply suitability, installation requirements and final agreed scope. Relocations, additional pipework or remedial works are quoted separately before proceeding.
Boiler relocations and conversions, commercial gas work, radiators, underfloor heating and larger projects are quoted individually. We explain the scope and agree costs before additional work proceeds.
