Important: Submitting a request does not reserve a time slot. We allow a 30-minute travel/preparation buffer between confirmed jobs and will contact you to agree a suitable time. For a suspected gas leak call 0800 111 999.
Before you requestCP12 is £80 for up to three appliances and £12 per additional appliance. A failed gas safety inspection is still chargeable; the completed PDF record is emailed after payment. Standard boiler repair labour is £290 including the first hour of diagnosis, with parts and non-standard work extra. A diagnosis-only visit is £60 for the first hour. Boiler servicing starts at £80; required parts and seals are additional.
